Aloha from Maui.

It was more than 20 years ago when I stepped off that airplane out into the salty humidity. I had finally made it—the Island of Maui. It was a blast of emotions for sure. With a backpack and a grin I melted into paradise. Island life embraced me and my creativity ran wild. Maui Threads is a direct manifestation of what it means to live on these isolated rocks in the middle of the Pacific. It’s Hawaiian life, full on!

I had alway envisioned Maui Threads as the rippled reflection of the Valley Isle. It is the soft crunch of sand under your slippahs. It’s fully in tune with the rhythm of the pounding waves and the constant blanketing of cool trade wind breezes. It radiates the energy of the hot subtropical sun while being lulled into quiet solitude by the softly swaying palms. Our apparel represents what it means to live Aloha.
